Aren’t smiles, laughter, and a positive attitude amazing? They are contagious. I try to be that type of person and I seek out those types of people. I’ll take a warm smile and a fun loving spirit over “hot” any day of the week. Of course it’s great when you can find charm in an attractive, wholesome package. Throw in a good intellect and there will be skid marks on my chin! Lest you think I’m all about having fun, there is a serious side of me that has always been attracted to calm, self assured women with good character. The character element is critically important – not just honesty and integrity, but sincerity, humility, vulnerability, the ability to forgive and be forgiven. I am very affectionate and passionate. Movies like Pride & Prejudice and Memoirs of a Geisha made me realize what a hopeless romantic I am. I long for that soul connection with a good woman. I have a lot of love to give to Mrs Right. I have two kids, 26, 15,Sarah and Peter They are real treasures to me. Can any guy be good enough for your precious girl?? My youngest son lives with me in Little Rock.They are happy, well adjusted people. I'm sure I had a hand in that. Spark.com emphasizes common interests and all that. My experience is that chemistry is hard to predict. It starts with physical attraction, but needs to go way beyond that. I'm looking forward to meeting women my own age and seeing if we have it. I wouldn't mind a few activity partners, too. Summer is coming. I'm doing some longer bike rides. I can't wait to get back into the mountains, too. Ski season last year was a bust for me. Now that I'm on my own, things are SO looking up!
