While I tell most people that I speak for a living, I have a hard time coming up with what to say about myself. My career drives me, although most days I wonder why. I enjoy traveling, until I had to do it for work. I've seen a lot of places and have had the opportunity to meet people all over the world. I have a strong family and they are very important to me. I believe in life-long learning and hope that other people embrace the lessons that they encounter every day. Life is a challenge, but the biggest challenges and hardest parts make us who we are. I think I'm a good catch, but completely admit my faults. I grew up in a small town and miss the atmosphere of small towns on certain days. I understand the importance of manners and courtesy. In fact, a lack of manners bothers me more than anything. When you talk to someone, look them in the eyes. When you bump into someone at the grocery store, say "excuse me.' And when you are out to eat, acknowledge your server and say thank you when they bring you a drink or your food. As I was very reluctant to even sign up for this, I realize that sometimes you need to take different approaches to what you want in life. I'm not looking for perfection, but I am looking for someone who is stable and has aspirations for their future. A person that can understand me for who I am, value similar things in life and is genuinely a good person.
